Terms of Service

These are the rules that all of our members must abide by. By accepting this agreement at the time of registration and after changes are made, you agree that your use of FraudHosting and/or any products or related services is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Terms of Service

(a) FraudHosting Service means the suite of products and services offered by FraudHosting.

(b) Customer is an online user who has registered to use the website or services. Registration or account creation may or may not include a transaction or payment.

(c) An unscrupulous customer is a customer whose actions in registering or using the service may be considered detrimental to the provider or other customers. Details of what may be considered “bad faith” behavior are specified in this agreement.

(d) FraudHosting Member is any user who has registered and agreed to use the FraudHosting service in accordance with this agreement.

LIMITED GRANT OF RIGHTS

You agree to use FraudHosting 's services and products only as permitted by applicable law. Your use of the FraudHosting service is subject to the restrictions set forth in this section.

(a) You may not use the FraudHosting Service in any manner that violates federal, state, local or international laws or the rights of third parties.

(b) Unacceptable use of the FraudHosting service includes, but is not limited to:

(i) using automated or manual means to copy part or all of the FraudHosting database

(ii) attempts to compromise the security and integrity of the FraudHosting database and/or related services.

(iii) If FraudHosting suspects or detects unacceptable use of the service by you, it may immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your use of the service.

Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and under your password, API code and other access mechanisms. It is your responsibility to keep your passwords confidential. FraudHosting is not responsible for any consequences that may arise for you or your company due to unauthorized access to your account.

DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

FraudHosting collects, stores and makes available information collected from users in the course of using the service. The data collected is used solely for fraud prevention purposes. Data privacy is governed by FraudHosting 's Privacy and Security Policy.

INFORMATION OWNERSHIP

You agree that all information sent to FraudHosting 's servers becomes the property of FraudHosting . The company reserves the right to store this information indefinitely and to use it in any way necessary for the proper functioning of the service. FraudHosting will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer this information to third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud.

DEFINITION OF INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Users may provide FraudHosting with information about customers who engage in inappropriate behavior. FraudHosting respects the right of participants to define inappropriate behavior, but does not necessarily agree that a particular behavior is such.

Undesirable customer behavior includes:

(a) Fraud: the use of stolen credit cards, payment accounts, e-mail addresses or any other means that violates the rights of the rightful owner.

(b) Spamming: the use of online services to send unsolicited emails.

(c) Chargebacks or non-payment: refusal to pay or refund for services that have been provided.

(d) Phishing and Illegal Content: using online services to post material that violates laws.

(e) Excessive use of resources: excessive consumption of server or human resources, causing disruptions to FraudHosting 's operations and affecting other users.

(f) Public Threats: libel, slander, defamation or other forms of insults intended to cause harm.

PAYMENTS

All payments to FraudHosting are non-refundable. This applies to both one-time and recurring payments, regardless of the actual use of the services. The Member is not entitled to a refund in the event of early termination by FraudHosting in accordance with the terms of this document. If you dispute a payment with your credit card issuer or payment processor, FraudHosting reserves the right to terminate or refuse to provide you with current or future services.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES

You agree to release FraudHosting from any claims that arise in whole or in part from your breach of any of the obligations or warranties set forth in this Agreement.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

FraudHosting reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. All changes will be effective 30 days after the updated agreement is published or when FraudHosting notifies members of the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the service will be deemed your agreement to the changes.

FraudHosting reserves the right to refuse service to any user at any time and for any reason. We may send you promotional offers from our sponsors or partner companies. Your e-mail address will not be shared with third parties.

All provisions not expressly stated in these Terms of Service are subject to interpretation at FraudHosting 's sole discretion.
